About Us

For more than 40 years, All Seasons A/C has provided dependable heating and air conditioning services throughout Southeast Texas. Founded in 1982 by David Lundy, the company was built on a simple philosophy: do quality work, treat customers honestly, and stand behind every installation. Today, his son, Aaron Lundy, proudly continues that legacy after learning the trade from the ground up and earning his Texas HVAC license.

With locations in Orange and Conroe, our licensed and insured team serves homeowners, businesses, and manufactured home communities across a 150-mile service area throughout Southeast Texas. We are authorized Goodman and Daikin dealers and have become one of the region's leading manufactured home HVAC specialists, completing hundreds of installations each year while also providing residential system replacements, repairs, maintenance, and new installations.

Four Decades of Showing Up in Southeast Texas.

All Seasons A/C was founded in 1982 by David Lundy — a name this corner of Texas knew and trusted. Aspiring to follow in his father's footsteps, Aaron Lundy began learning the trade at just 14 years old, starting with compressor changeouts and never stopping. In 2015, Aaron earned his own Texas HVAC license and carried the All Seasons name forward — not just as a business, but as a commitment to the same standard his father built.

Today, we operate out of Orange, Texas and Conroe, Texas, serving a 150-mile radius across the Golden Triangle and Southeast Texas. We specialize in manufactured home HVAC installation and service — 840 installs last year alone — while growing our residential HVAC operation across Orange, Jefferson, Newton, Harris, and Montgomery County.
